Здравствуйте!
Разве такое возможно? Стандартная sm30 в режиме редактирования использует Table Control. Просмотр таблицы возможен в Alv Grid, это выбирается в настройках Settings - User parameters - Data Browser - x Alv Gris Display

Если Вам нужно создать ведение именно через ALV GRID, думаю нужно создавать свою транзакцию на основе редактируемого грида.
В sap много примеров программ, например, поищите по маске BCALV*EDIT*

Может в новых версиях sap-а что-то изменилось, не знаю, у меня сейчас доступ только к 4.6
