Отчет в EXEL выводится без вставки заголовков таблицы на каждой новой странице (кроме первой) и подвал выводится на отдельной странице. Программа VBA вставляет заголовок таблицы на последующих страницах, и выводит подвал в конце основной страницы (если подвал не помещается без перевода, он переносится на следующую станицу с выводом заголовка таблицы и переносом последней строки табличных данных) - к сожалению макрос, запускаемый из ABAP не отлавливает переводы страниц, поэтому форматирование реализовано из EXEL)
