можно ли получить размер памяти, занятый внутренней таблицей с данными?

к чему такие заморочки? а вообще, в отладчике системы 5.0 и выше вроде можно посмотреть занимаемый объем

Может динамически хотят 2Gb лимит контролировать.

Code:
DATA: it_bkpf TYPE TABLE OF bkpf,
      BOUND_SIZE_ALLOC TYPE ABAP_MSIZE,
      BOUND_SIZE_USED  TYPE ABAP_MSIZE.
     
SELECT * from bkpf INTO TABLE it_bkpf UP TO 1000 ROWS.

CALL METHOD CL_ABAP_MEMORY_UTILITIES=>GET_MEMORY_SIZE_OF_OBJECT
  EXPORTING
    OBJECT = it_bkpf
  IMPORTING
    BOUND_SIZE_ALLOC = BOUND_SIZE_ALLOC
    BOUND_SIZE_USED  = BOUND_SIZE_USED.

WRITE: / BOUND_SIZE_ALLOC, BOUND_SIZE_USED.
